Proposals by the MoJ to raise the cost of civil court fees could push many claimants out of court, according to the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

In its response to the MoJ consultation on civil court fees, the Association said injured people “could be left high and dry as the increases will effectively price them out of the courts”….{+}
