Into the future

Now into its fourth year, the Legal & Medical Conference is an established forum for debate in the field of personal injury law.

This year promises to be the liveliest debate yet, as the Conference takes place on the cusp of a new era of streamlined claims and fixed costs.The MoJ’s reforms are to be implemented only a week after the conference, Lord Justice Jackson will have delivered his report, and the MoJ is expected to have delivered the results of its review of referral fees.
