A former personal injury fee earner, with some 16 years experience
as a senior manager at some of the UK's leading providers
of litigation insurance funding. Amanda has specialised
in the recovery of costs and After the Event Insurance (ATE)
since the introduction of the Access to justice Act 2000
including acting as a consultant in many of the leading ATE/CFA
cases.
