Mark Boleat is the recently appointed head of claims management regulation. He is a specialist in trade associations and regulation, and regularly runs a consultancy advising on these matters. Foremely the Director General of the Building Societies Association and the Association of British Insurers, he is currently chairman of Hillingdon Community Trust and the Association of Labour Providers.
