Tony Goff
Chairman of the Motor Accident Solicitors Society
Tony joined George Ide Phillips solicitors in 1983, became
a partner in 1985 and has been Head of the firm’s Personal
Injury Department since 1987. Tony has been involved with
MASS from the outset, attending the first conference in Manchester
in 1991 and has been a member of the Society’s Management
Committee for 8 years. Tony became chairman in November 2006.
Over the past 15 years or so, Tony has developed an interest
in catastrophic injury claims. His area of work is now
almost exclusively brain injury litigation, although
the firm retains a vibrant fast-track road traffic accident
(RTA) department. As a consequence of the catastrophic
injury work, Tony has developed an active interest in
rehabilitation. Tony is personally listed in the Chambers
Legal Directory as “the leading Personal Injury Solicitor
in the South of England”.
