Mike Doyle
Mike Doyle practices trial law with Doyle Raizner LLP in Houston and Galveston, Texas, USA. Mr. Doyle’s trial practice includes the representation of plaintiffs in complex maritime (including international maritime actions), medical negligence, insurance bad faith, toxic torts, and product liability matters in national and transnational litigation. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and he has been lead counsel in dozens of jury trials. He has been named a Texas Monthly “Super Lawyer” for 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008. Mr. Doyle has also been named a Fellow of the National College of Advocacy of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) (formerly ATLA) and is a frequent lecturer at the AAJ national programs and faculty member for the national trial skills colleges.
Mr. Doyle is active in community and professional affairs, completing his term as President of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association in 2008 and serving as the Chair of the Judicial Affairs Committee and on the Board of Directors since 1999. He also is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (UK) and the Australian Lawyers Alliance. Mr. Doyle has also served on the Board of Directors of Strake Jesuit College Preparatory School, as well as President of the Alumni Association. Mr. Doyle obtained a B.A. degree in History at the University of Virginia and J.D. degree from the University of Texas School of Law. Mr. Doyle also completed coursework in marine insurance, international law, and maritime law at the University of London, St. Mary’s College of Law.
