Richard Coleman
Richard Coleman is a Partner at Withy King, based in Oxford. He maintains an exclusively claimant specialist clinical negligence practice managing claims across all medical disciplines to include those of maximum severity.
One of only a handful of solicitors to be on both the Law Society’s Specialist Panels for Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury, Richard is also on the Action Against Medical Accidents’ (AvMA) Specialist Clinical Negligence Panel. He is on the Headway approved Personal Injury Solicitors List and holds Senior Litigator status with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). He is the present Treasurer of the Oxford Medico-Legal Society.
