Our Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department comprises 22 skilled specialist barristers who are dedicated to providing you with an excellent service.

We have strength in depth. From Silk to Pupil, we are able to service your professional needs.

The team is equipped to deal with all levels of injury ranging from minor injuries to catastrophic brain and spinal injuries and negligence claims ranging from the modest to heavyweight matters such as obstetric negligence claims as well as industrial and other cases. In addition to this we also specialise in industrial disease matters including asbestosis, VWF, stress and deafness.

We value an informal approach, where our clients know that at any time they can discuss a problem with any one of our team.
