Papworth Vocational Rehabilitation has been a highly successful nationwide programme for over 15 years achieving success rates of over 90%. Uniquely Papworth has an in-house multidisciplinary team of specialists including; physiotherapists, occupational therapists, vocational advisers and complementary therapists who provide an intensive vocational rehabilitation programme.

The results and successes that are achieved are only possible by working closely and transparently with all parties involved in our client’s rehabilitation, providing regular updates to our referrers, who include insurers, defendant and claimant lawyers and case management companies. These close relationships ensure that a programme is delivered that meets the needs of all stakeholders involved in an individual’s rehabilitation.

We place our client, the injured person, at the centre of this process ensuring that their rehabilitation needs are met with a personally tailored programme delivering the required interventions to achieve the individual’s rehabilitation goals.

We are successful at supporting our clients to find work trials and employment in many different industry sectors including hospitality, education, manufacturing, agriculture, retail, secretarial, including medical and legal secretary positions to name a few.
