Principal area of practice is catastrophic injuries, particularly brain injuries. Member of Headway Specialist panel and current Chairman of Motor Accident Solicitors’ Society. Has a particular interest in rehabilitation, having written many articles and spoken at a number of conferences on the subject. Is a current committee member of both BICMA (Bodily Injury Claims Management Association) and the ABI/IUA Rehabilitation Working Party. Has represented numerous amputees and was instructed in the high profile case of Westmoquette v Dean which was extensively reported.
