New Recorders! / Cofiaduron Newydd!
Catherine Brown and Tim Petts have been appointed as Recorders on the Wales Circuit. Tim has been appointed as a Welsh-speaking Recorder. They will begin trying criminal cases in 2009 after completing the required induction course. Both Catherine and Tim conduct many civil cases in Wales already, and are looking forward to the new challenges that being part-time judges will provide.
